We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. Provision of Goods and Services Terms & Conditions


Payment


We accept cash, personal cheque, credit/debit card, bank transfer or Paypal as methods of payment. Our payment terms are as follows:

  • £100 deposit to secure your date
  • remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to your event date
  • payment plans available. Please contact us on 0141-887-4769 or 07990-868298 to discuss further
  • returned cheques will incur a £25 charge to cover banking fees
  • complete payment terms will be agreed at time of initial booking and confirmed in writing


Cancellation Policy


Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • minimum 30 days notice of cancellation is required, either in person, via email or phone call
  • £100 deposit is non-refundable
  • 100% cancellation charge is payable if event is less than 14 days away
  • change of event date may be organised if 2 months notice is given, and the new requested date is available


We reserve the right to terminate the arrangement if:

  • the full balance is not paid on the required due date, in this case the cancellation terms above will apply
  • if information given to us has been incorrect or misleading
  • threatening and abusive behaviour will NOT be tolerated in regards to the booking


Venue location and hire time


  • all booking details will be confirmed in writing, including the venue address and hire time of the booth. These times will remain unchanged if your event starts or runs late as a result of you or your venue, except within exceptional circumstances
  • please ensure your venue has granted permission to use photoBOOTH services. Perfect Picture Parties cannot be held responsible if permission has not been granted
  • our photoBOOTH attendant(s) will arrive within 2  hours prior to your hire start time to set up, unless earlier access has been previously arranged
  • no idle/early set up costs
  • in the event of unforseen circumstance, such as a traffic congestion, we will extend the hours of the booth hire time to take into consideration any delays in our arrival. Where extending the hire time hours is not possible we will issue a refund for the hours hire is not possible
  • we agree that our services  will be operational for at least 75% of the booked time. There may, however, be interruptions for maintenance. From time to time, paper and ink may need to be replaced. During such times, the service  will be unusable for a short period  while these are replaced. Significant periods of downtime  (1 hour+) will be  eligible for a refund of the agreed amout, not including the initial deposit
  • 'daytime bookings' are defined as between the hours of 11:00am and 5:00pm
  • 'evening bookings' are defined as between the hours of 7:00pm and 12:00am


Note: Although we can generally setup in any location within the venue, near a plug socket is preferred to avoid running a long cable. Please ensure there is enough space at your venue for the booth. Additionally, please ensure there is a clear access point for loading and unloading at your venue. Please also inform us of any circumstances that would make the booth more challenging to setup,such as stairs or long distances from unloading area to venue. We have a set period of time for setting up our booth at your venue which is included within the cost, but if there are any complications that have not been made known to us beforehand, then this will come out of the run time.


Circumstances outwith our control


  • any damage to the guest book or pictures not placed in the guest book is not our responsibility
  • Perfect Picture Parties cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event, such as severe weather, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, ill health or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control, we will contact you or the venue. In these instances our liability will be limited to refunding all of monies paid


Your Obligations


You must comply with our agreement as set out in our terms and conditions on this page, and at very least those as listed below:

  • you are 18 or over with full authority to enter this agreement
  • you provide accurate information that isn’t false or misleading
  • you agree that the photoBOOTH attendant has the right to restrict access to the booth to any unruly guests.
  • if a guestbook is provided, you agree that we do not accept any responsibility for any damage to the guestbook as a result of you or your guests
  • if a guestbook is provided, you agree that we are not responsible for any photo prints that your guests do not place in the guestbook
  • you agree that if you or your guests cause damage you are obligated to pay a repair fee of £100
  • threatening and abusive behaviour will NOT be tolerated in regards to the use of the photoBOOTH service, any apparatus provided by Perfect Picture Parties or towards Perfect Picture Parties staff. Any such instances of threatening or abusive behaviour, or any irreprable damage caused by you or your guests will result in the immediate cessation of the services being provided, and the full balance outstanding will be due


Digital Media Terms and Conditions


You hereby grant photoBOOTH permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.


You understand and agree that all photos will become the property of photoBOOTH and will not be returned.


You hereby irrevocably authorise photoBOOTH to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.


You hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge photoBOOTH from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorisation.


You have read and understand the above photo release.


In paying your deposit, you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions. Your booking is not confirmed until you have recieved a booking confirmation email or letter. This will be sent after the initial deposit has been recieved and cleared.
